We had a 2 to 3" flood in our basement this December and needed to have our washer and dryer checked for water damage. They were there as soon as we dried out everything and did a thorough check to get me up and running safely. Great work. Explained the procedures and what to watch out for. Will gladly use them again.

We had a great experience with Fix It Guy Appliance Repair. We were able to get an appointment for the next day after we called in the afternoon. Our service technician was Brian. He showed up on time, listened to us, communicated clearly, and fixed the problem.

Our technician Brian was terrific in every way. He arrived on time, communicated well, solved our problem, and even stopped by at the end of the day to replace a piece of insulation that had gotten wet.
