  • What brands of appliances does Fix It Guy Appliance Repair work with?

    At Fix It Guy Appliance Repair, we work on all brands of major appliances, such as ovens, ranges, dryers, washers, refrigerators, freezers, dishwashers, and more! Feel free to call us if you have any questions or concerns.

  • Do you repair units that are under factory warranty?

    We perform some warranty work for specific manufacturers. Please contact the appliance manufacturer directly to confirm that Fix It Guy Appliance Repair can perform the repair work on behalf of their warranty program.

  • How do I schedule an appointment for my major appliance?

    There are two ways of scheduling an appointment. You can contact us online or give us a call. We are able to schedule an appointment within a two- to three-hour space of time. Around 15 to 30 minutes before your appointment time, we will give you a courtesy call to notify you that a technician will soon arrive at your home. Our staff is always available to provide you with any other information.

  • Do I need to be home for the service call?

    Yes, we do require your presence at the home, as our technicians can only service your appliances if someone is home to let us in. If you are unable to make your appointment, please inform us as soon as possible so we can reschedule your appointment for a time that's more convenient.

  • If a technician must order a part and then return for repairs, will I be charged twice?

    Absolutely not! We will never repeat a charge in cases like this.
