I have had 2 service calls with Fix It Guy. One with a clothes dryer. They came to my house quickly, found the problem, ordered a part and came back and fixed the prob.Second call was on a refrigerator. Again they came quickly, found the prob and fixed it.They also vacuum ed behind the refrigerator and cleaned the whole area.On both occasions the repair people were great.
Friendly, polite and knowledgeable. I'll continue using them if needed

Very good experience. I just did a search and found them, so that's always hit or miss. In this case, it was a hit. They were responsive, explained what was happening, provided a few options, exactly what i had hoped for. Fridge is working perfectly and saved me a lot of money!
