The most incompetent company I have had to deal with. Only gave 1 star because I can’t give zero. Troy is useless as a supervisor. I had an appt set up 10 days ago for a specific day with a 9-12 window. No one ever showed up or called to say there was an issue. I had to call 3 times because no one in the office would return a phone call. Charlie the technician was no where to be found, wasn’t answering his phone. On the 3rd phone call I was offered another appt day and I told them no. I already wasted a day from work waiting on this day and Troy didn’t like that and hung up on me. This was after we had to pay a $75 service call fee. Absolute horrible company and customer service.

I have had 2 service calls with Fix It Guy. One with a clothes dryer. They came to my house quickly, found the problem, ordered a part and came back and fixed the prob.Second call was on a refrigerator. Again they came quickly, found the prob and fixed it.They also vacuum ed behind the refrigerator and cleaned the whole area.On both occasions the repair people were great.
Friendly, polite and knowledgeable. I'll continue using them if needed

Very good experience. I just did a search and found them, so that's always hit or miss. In this case, it was a hit. They were responsive, explained what was happening, provided a few options, exactly what i had hoped for. Fridge is working perfectly and saved me a lot of money!
