Our freezer broke and we were in crisis mode. John from Fix It Guy made multiple trips to our home, explained our options, and quickly and cost-efficiently made the repair. We didn't feel pressured or upsold to buy a new unit, which we really appreciated. The freezer is back up and running, and we'd recommend Fix It Guy to others.

Our management company uses FIX-IT-GUY when it comes to having our appliances repaired or looked at. The technicians always do a great job and the receptionist who answer the phone call is also very nice and easy to set up appointments with.

My dishwasher stopped working. I couldn't decide whether to buy a new one or repair the existing one . Thankfully I called Fix it Guy. They sent a great repairman. He got it working again in a matter of minutes. I'm very happy I called Fix it Guy, they saved me a lot of money and saved another appliance from the landfill. I highly recommend Fix it Guy.

I had a leaking freezer and called these guys up. Jeff was here within an hour and a half and was very kind and professional. The next day I still had a leak, called them up, and Jeff said, “I’m on my way!” He was here within 30 minutes and made sure I would no longer step in a puddle! Thanks guys!
